New York is one of the most famous and visited cities in the world. The largest city within the state, New York City is home to many of the most important businesses, corporations, and financial institutions, much of the US media in television, film and news, and some of the most popular visitor attractions on the globe. New York business hotels have a wealth of experience in providing first class accommodation for modern business travelers whatever business they have in the world's most vibrant and important city.

The city is the natural home of business, finance, and commerce in the United States. One of the world's three command centers for world economy, the others being Tokyo and London, NYC is home to both the largest and third largest central business districts in the US. The largest is located in Midtown Manhattan, where most of the skyscrapers which define the city skyline are. In lower Manhattan, the famous Wall Street is where the NYSE is located and close by is NASDAQ, making downtown Manhattan home to the world's two largest stock exchanges.

In addition to hosting the headquarters of many major corporations, including 44 Fortune 500 companies, tourism plays a major part in the economy. Some 40 million visitors to the city each year enjoy some of the best attractions of Manhattan such as shopping on Fifth and Madison avenues, theater shows on and off Broadway, restaurants, galleries such as the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and host of other attractions including the Empire state Building, and Ellis Island on which the Statue of Liberty stands. The major attractions outside Manhattan include the Botanical Garden and the Bronx Zoo, both located in the Bronx Borough.

The further boroughs of New York City are Staten Island, Queens and Brooklyn and there are New York business hotels located throughout the city's boroughs to take full advantage of the local and wider business interests. This is particularly true of the areas surrounding the city's airports, John F. Kennedy, and La Guardia, both located in Queens. A further airport serving the city, Newark Liberty International is located in the neighboring state of New Jersey. New York Business hotels located at the airports offer all the business services and facilities convenient for the airports and within easy reach of the city's attractions.

Any top hotel will have a range of facilities for the business traveler. Often with wireless internet access throughout, and options in the bedrooms which may include direct dial telephones, internet connectivity and data ports. The rooms will of course be focused on comfort, style, luxury and utility. Additionally, 24 hour room and concierge services will form an integral part of the hospitality on offer.

A dedicated New York business hotel will have a raft of additional features. These may include a 24 hour dedicated business center with workstations, internet access, laptop and mobile phone hire, business equipment and facilities such as fax, photocopying, meeting rooms and boardrooms, and secretarial, and translation services. Many business hotels also have executive suites, floors and lounges in which guests can enjoy access to exclusive club rooms and facilities, private check in facilities and often a butler service too. Executive suites will also contain internet access a work desk and direct dial telephone with voicemail.

In the city that never sleeps, clients can also make the most of their welcome breaks from business enjoying the best leisure and entertainment facilities New York has to offer.
